Program Description:     This one-day special conference highlights the current medical and
                                             pharmacological studies involving individuals with Down syndrome.
                                             Top researchers from across the United States will be presenters.

 Parking:        Michael Street Parking Deck (parking is free on Saturday)
                         550 Houston Mill Road
                         Atlanta, GA 30322

Directions:    Driving directions to the Michael Street Parking Deck are provided here.  The exit from the
                        parking deck to the walkway that goes along the Whitehead Building is on Level 3.  Turn
                        right and proceed along Means Street.  The James B. Williams Medical Education Building
                        will be across the street on your left.

Child Care:     There will be NO child care available.

 

Registration Information:

Preregistration is done by completing the form below and paying the registration fee.  Registration is not complete until payment is received.

There are a limited number of seats available (maximum of 140), and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.  So register NOW;  when the maximum number of registrants is reached, registration will be closed. 

Registration Fee structure is as follows:

  • DSAA lifetime members = Free
  • Down Syndrome Specialists = Free (see definition under What We Do -- Education)
  • DSAA members in good standing (dues payments are up to date) = $30.00
  • DSAA members whose membership has lapsed ($25.00 will be applied toward membership dues) = $55.00
  • Non-members = $55.00  (If you are interested in membership in DSAA, go here.)


Lunch will be catered.  If you have special dietary requirements, please indicate in the "Comment" section below.  A reception for all of the speakers and conference attendees will be held immediately after the conference closes in the lobby of the James B. Williams Medical Education Building.

Refunds less a $10 processing fee will be made until March 6, 2012.
